Traditional Balinese Blessing Ceremony
Couples who are already legally married or do not wish to be legally married in Bali, but would like to experience the romance of a Balinese traditional marriage, would delight in our Balinese Blessing Ceremony. It is important to note that this is not a legal wedding ceremony and no certification will be presented at the end of it. It is a ceremony where a Marriage Celebrant (Pemangku) prays for good things, such as safety, health and happiness for the couple. The ceremony takes approximately 20 minutes and is performed by a Balinese Pemangku and an assistant who guide the couple through the ceremony. It is preferred that couples are dressed in Balinese costume.

Legal Wedding Ceremony priced at additional USD 975 net
This option includes services and arrangements for legal licenses and documentation, religious minister and government registrar. Indonesian government requirements for arranging legally binding marriage vows are quite specific. Once those guidelines are met, the legal formalities are relatively easy to manage. When a couple decides to wed in Bali, our Bali-based agent files all of the necessary paperwork with the Indonesian authorities. Originals of all legal and religious documentation must be brought to Indonesia and shown as proof before the ceremony takes place. Note: It is not possible to have a legal marriage until a religious ceremony has taken place.
